Cancellation policy
For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made at least 14 full days prior to check-in time.
For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 7 full days prior to check-in time.
In both cases a cancellation fee of 1000 SEK will be charged.
Check-in time is 15.00 local time unless otherwise specified in your booking.
If your booking is cancelled less than 7 days in advance or is curtailed there is no refund.

Arrival and Departure
Check in is typically available from 15:00 to 18:00 on the day of arrival, please let us know in advance if you need to arrange an alternative check-in time. We ask that you please vacate your room by 11.00 on the morning of departure.
Payment
Full payment of the reservation will be invoiced. The invoice is issued shortly after booking. We will send confirmation once the money is received. Please note the cancellation policy before committing to a reservation.
Car Parking
Parking is available for guests use at the side of the farmhouse and the cabin. Cars parked here are at owners risk.
Damage and Breakages
Please take care of our home and properties. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur especially if you accidentally spill something – it’s much easier to clean if we know what it is and act quickly. We do not normally charge for breakages, but we reserve the right to charge for repair or making good if the damage is significant.
Keys
Upon arrival you will be issued with a set of keys to your accommodation. Guests take full responsibility for these keys for the duration of your stay. Lost keys will be charged at 500 SEK per set.
Pets
Pets are not permitted in the farmhouse. Guests staying in the cabin are welcome to bring dogs but must seek prior consent when booking.
